researcher in metabolomics

A fixed-term contract of research is offered at the University of Navarra.

A contract is offered as a 15-month contractresearcher in metabolomics at the framework of the project project "Applications of the multi-omics study of the microbiota to the development of innovative biotechnological solutions in health area (microBiomics)". 

During this period, his functions will be, at partnership with other researchers and technicians of the Centre:

- Developmentand validation of instrumental techniques (extraction, chromatography, etc.) for the metabolomic analysis of biological samples.

- design of experiments, data analysis of experiments, essay of reports of results/memorandums and support in the interpretation of results.

profile from candidate:

- licentiate degree/Degree at Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry , Biology ( doctorate would be an asset )

- Knowledge of liquid chromatography coupled to mass detectors (TOF, Q-TRAP...).

- knowledge and experience in biostatistics/chemometrics would be an asset.

- Experience in the use of metabolomic and statistical analysis software (R) is an asset.

- Medium/high level of English.
