It proposes a framework action, ideas, and design for the development of campus, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities include: 

• The coordination and planning of projects involvingCampus buildings and infrastructure.

• The implementation of sustainable solutions, sustainability in projects, and their proper management.

The specific areas of focus are: 

• Addressing needs and design spaces.

• Development of the annual project plan. Definition, planning, and monitoring.

• Budgetary control.

• Sustainability.

• Development and implementation of master plans (urban planning, landscape, management and biodiversity, mobility).
