This Unit coordinates the activities of the two new Planning and Improvement Services of teaching and of the Academic Service . Academic management Service with other areas of the University such as IT Services, the Admissions Office, the area Economic or the Professional Programs Unit, among others. It will also work on the integration, validation and exploitation of data; the revision of curriculum; the implementation of timetables; the design dashboard of teaching; and the optimization of processes.

For the development of this project four phases have been foreseen in which the partnership and support of IT Services or the area Economic has been requested. It will also involve the adoption of new work methodologies and the acquisition of skills and in some cases the implementation of tools over two or three academic years.
