The field of Security and Defence is a fundamental field in the study of the reality of today's security and geopolitics, but can sometimes be difficult to glimpse or access. International Office and geopolitics today, while it can sometimes be difficult to glimpse or access.
The Security and Defence Club of the University of Navarra wants to bring closer the knowledge and contact of the national and international institutions (Armed Forces, CNI, UN, NATO...) that watch over and work for security, as well as that of the companies in the field (Navantia, Airbus; Sta. Bárbara...etc).
The Club aims to be a focal point for Security and Defence activities, facilitating synergies with other activities, both at School and with the rest of the University of Navarra.
Objectives
The overall goal is to raise awareness of the importance of Security and Defence through 4 domains: Leadership and Influence, Critical and Inventive Thinking, Projects and skill and Service-Learning.
Both at the level of the members of the club and, more generally, at the level of the University of Navarra, reinforcing the Defence Culture in the academic sphere.
To offer a platform from which to discuss and deepen common issues of interest; promote opening up job opportunities and internships while raising awareness among students of the importance of defence culture and knowledge in the field of intelligence and security.
