Star Wars: The Force Awakens
The release of Star Wars in 1977 marked a milestone in the history of cinema. The success of that first film was followed by the three other films that concluded the initial trilogy, continued from 1999 with The Phantom Menace and finished with Episode III, Revenge of the Sith. Now the saga restarts with Episode VII, The Force Awakens. Over the last decades we have read a lot about the director, the films, the actors, the special effects, the TV series..., but we know very little about the main protagonist: the audience. In the department of Public Communication of the University of Navarra (in partnership with professors from the University San Jorge and the University of Murcia) we want to know the audience of Star Wars and for that reason we have elaborated this survey. The data obtained will be used exclusively for academic purposes and the results will be available on this page of department, in a link that will be posted when the answers are processed. We thank the financial aid of the people who answer and we ask partnership to make this project known to others who will surely be very interested.
The HOBBIT
The Departments of Culture Communication and Audiovisual Communication and Public Communication of the University of Navarra are interested in the public's response to the first film of The Hobbit saga. In the past years, similar programs of study has been developed for The Lord of the Rings and Revenge of the Sith, which have been collected in programs of study and books published subsequently.
The group of research that we have created also includes professors from the University of Granada, the University San Antonio of Murcia and the University San Jorge of Zaragoza. We would now like to take a closer look at the film saga created by Peter Jackson which, for years, has been the most numerous in terms of followers and one of the most important in terms of the activity it displays, and for this reason we ask for your partnership to answer this survey, which will take you no more than 10 minutes.
We thank you in advance for the warm welcome.
