The department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials of Tecnun-University of Navarra organizes and teaches the teaching of all the subjects related to its branch of knowledge and develops the research, both applied and basic, in the fields included in the areas in which it is subdivided.

The main objectives of department are:

 To train TECNUN students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for their future professional practice in subjects related to Mechanical Engineering.

 To train researchers with high scientific, technological and technical qualifications.

 To carry out research projects, development and innovation in cutting-edge issues within the framework of its branch of knowledge and providing a service to the companies in its environment.
