Service Personnel Management Service
The Personnel Management Service is the manager coordinating policies related to people management and labor relations at the University of Navarra. This work encompasses both the professor and researcher staff (PDI) and the Administration and Servicesstaff (PAS).
Our main goal is to promote and consolidate, as a strategic line of the University, the selection, training andstaff and professional development of all the people who are part of our institution. In the case of the staff professor and researcher and the staff researcher, this work is carried out in close partnership with the corresponding vice-rectorates and the Centers, with whom we work in coordination.
