Admission and access
Degree In order to access PhD studies, it is necessary to accredit having studied licentiate degree with a high level of achievement, as shown in the academic transcript and, in particular, in the minor thesis of licentiate degree or final thesis licentiate degree. Completion of the licentiate degree does not confer the right to access the Doctorate, so that in all cases admission to these studies must be sought at apply for . If the students are clerics (secular or regular) they must have the written permission of their superiors and a commitment to a stay at the University of Navarra of at least one academic year of on-site work.
The candidate will submit the application for admission via the portal MiUnavas indicated on the web page of the Doctoral School.
Admission to doctoral program requires:

Accreditation of Degree of graduate in Theology.

Permission of the Bishop or religious superior in the case of consecrated persons.

transcript excellent academics.

Have completed a thesis at licentiate degree that guarantees research capacity.

Personal interview with coordinator at doctoral program.

Proficiency in two modern languages in addition to their own. In the case of students from Sacred Scripture, proficiency in Latin and Greek.

Commitment to work at the University for at least one academic year.

Have financial support and a stable residency program permit for at least two years in the case of foreign students.

Approval of a thesis topic and director by the Doctoral Commission.
