Office of Organization and Projects
The Office of Organization and Projects is a unit that serves the University and is dedicated to improving its organization, processes, and capacity to carry out strategic projects in an effective and coordinated manner.
Within the framework the 25-30 Strategy, and as result analysis and consultation process conducted throughout the institution, the University has identified the need to move toward more agile, efficient Structures procedures that are focused on serving the university community. With this goal in mind, the Office of Organization and Projects goal established, reporting to the Office of the Vice President for Strategic Projects.

ContactGOALS
The Office mission statement isto conduct assessments of Structures processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote cross-functional promote that address complex challenges requiring partnership different areas of the University. These projects may be initiated either on the Office’s own initiative or in application other administrative and management bodies.
In work, the Office combines its core team with the formation of ad hoc teams composed of executives and staff involved in each project, thereby fostering a culture of partnership, shared responsibility, and continuous improvement. This approach enables the Office to effectively tackle strategic initiatives of particular importance to the institution.
In addition, the Office of Organization and Projects serves as a registry and tracking center for the University’s strategic projects, providing an up-to-date and accurate overview of ongoing initiatives and contributing to decision-making based on rigorous and shared information.
