Have you really thought about what you want to do for a living? Do you know what you're good at? Do you know how to sell yourself to a business? Are you building your personal brand staff in preparation for your transition into the professional world?
The Course Design Your Professional Future is a University of Navarra- degree scroll , offered completely free of charge to students at Degree. Its goal is to prepare students for their entrance in the workforce by helping them identify their strengths, discover their interests, and acquire the necessary skills to face their professional future with confidence and assurance.
Over the course of two academic years, students will work on tools for self-awareness and career presentation , brand development , staff ,and employability strategies. In addition, the course will allow them to learn about and delve deeper into aspects specific to the sector in which they are pursuing their programs of study.
What will you learn?
Through a methodology— internship —that’s been put into practice, this program will give you the keys to a meaningful self-discovery exercise that will help you establish a genuine professional identity. You’ll be able to showcase this on your resume and at profile on LinkedIn, and it will help you build a more credible personal brand at staff .
In addition, the School of Applied Management will offer specific coursework that will help you better focus on the development of your future career.
FIRST YEAR
Self-Awareness and Tools for Professional presentation
A session designed for interns who want to understand how a business really works from the inside. We’ll discuss adapting to the professional environment, communication, attitude, work teamwork, time management, and the qualities that organizations value most today. It’s an opportunity to make the leap from classroom to the working world with a more internship, relatable, and realistic perspective.
A session designed for interns to help them discover how to stand out in the professional world beyond technical knowledge. We’ll discuss attitude, commitment, initiative, communication, and the importance of adding value from day one. Because companies don’t just remember what you do—they also remember how you make others feel and the impact you have on every project and team.

A session designed for interns to reflect on the importance of respect in the professional environment. We’ll discuss communication, teamwork, work , managing differences, and attitudes that help create positive and productive work environments. Because talent is important, but the way we interact with one another often makes all the difference within a business.
