Event Organisation Service

1. It is responsible for providing support for events organised at the University, congresses, tributes, conference, receptions, etc., coordinating the different services involved in organising them. For apply for the financial aid in the organisation and management of an event it is necessary to complete a simple form . After filling in the information fields, you should send it to the following e-mail address: eventos@unav.es. Once we receive it, we will take care of managing the information and coordinating the services involved.

2. The Cabinet of protocol organises the Institutional Events and advises the different centres and services on Ceremonial and protocol.

3. This Service is responsible for ensuring that the University's internal and external personnel are properly attended to on the telephone. Its work is core topic to transmit the image of the University of Navarra.
