Event Management Office y protocol

1. It is in charge of providing support to the events organized at the University, congresses, tributes, conference, receptions, etc... coordinating the different services involved in the organization of these events. For apply for the financial aid in the organization and management of an event is required to complete a simple form that we will take care of managing and coordinating with the services involved.

2. The Cabinet of protocol organizes the Institutional Events and advises the different centers and services on Ceremonial and protocol.

3. The Contact Center is responsible for offering a correct telephone service both to the internal staff of the university and to the external staff , its work is core topic to transmit the image of the University of Navarra.
