Event Management Office, protocol , and Cleaning

The Office of theEvent Management Office, protocol , and the Cleaning Department assist the University’s centers and services in planning and development conferences, conference, tributes, receptions, and all subject institutional events, coordinating the various teams involved to ensure their proper organization.

In addition, the Office of the Rector ( protocol ) organizes the University’s institutional events and advises the various centers and services on matters of protocol ( subject ) and ceremonial matters ( protocol), ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that the University is properly represented.

For its part, the Contact Center provides telephone assistance to both the university community and external individuals who e contact ed with the University, playing a fundamental role in welcoming them and conveying the identity and values of the University of Navarra.
