The main functions of the service at subject maintenance are as follows:

Ordinary preventive maintenance of buildings and installations.
Ordinary corrective maintenance of buildings, installations and basic equipment.
Development and implementation of the annual extraordinary conservation plan.
Control of compliance and operation of the measures required on subject fire protection.
Contracting of external technical maintenance services for special equipment.
Control and file updated plans, diagrams and technical documentation.
Control and supervision of the electricity supply network. Ordinary relations with the contracted supplier.
Control and supervision of drinking water supply, sewerage and rainwater collection networks. Ordinary relations with the supply company.
Control and monitoring of the natural gas supply network. Ordinary relations with the supply company.
Supervision of ordinary maintenance work contracted out to outside companies.
Control of air-conditioning and/or heating of buildings.
Preparation of construction experiences to be taken into account in new building projects.
