Mónica Herrero is a full professor at the School, Master in average Management from the University of Stirling (2000) and Diploma in General Administration (PDG) from IESE (2015). She has carried out several research stays, including the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford, during the 2017/2018 academic year. She was Vice Dean of Alumni of the School of Communication from 2004 to 2008, and from June 2008 to June 2017, Dean of the School. She is currently Vice President for Communication and Director of the Centre for University Governance and Reputation.

Alfonso Sánchez-Tabernero is Full Professor of business Communication and at the University of Navarra he has been President (2012-2022), Vice President (2005-2012) and Dean of the School of Communication (1996-2005). He was also President of the European average Management Education Association and professor at the universities of Manchester, the Basque Country, and the Institute for average & Entertainment in New York. He has been Visiting Professor at Northwestern University (Chicago) and the École Supérieure de Commerce (Paris) and has advised higher Education institutions in fourteen countries. Among other books, he is the author of "Gobierno de Universidades" (Eunsa, 2023) as part of the Center's collection.

Santiago Fernández-Gubieda

Santiago Fernández-Gubieda is currently Chief Reputation Officer at the University of Navarra and executive director of the Center for University Governance and Reputation. He is a member of the committee advisor for Europe of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and of the committee of the World 100 Reputation Network, two international organizations for higher Education . He holds a PhD in Communication and is a lecturer on corporate communication, branding and university reputation. Among other books, he is the author of "A memorable experience" (Eunsa, 2023) in the Center's collection.
