Stay Authorization procedure
The doctorate student must have the approval of the thesis director as well as the authorization of the Academic Committee of the doctoral program to carry out the stay. For this purpose, he/she will have to indicate the objectives to be achieved during the stay and the scientific-technical necessity of the stay by filling in the document Authorization of the research stay and sending it to the coordinator of the doctoral program.
doctorate students who have an employment contract with Tecnun*, will have to send the authorization signed by the Academic Committee and the Form for Absences-Displacements Abroad to the Director the department where they are doing their doctoral thesis . From the department, a statement will be sent to the Tecnun board of Directors for approval.

The "research stay" must be recorded in the Activity Registration Document, which must include a certificate of stay from the institution where the stay was carried out. This certificate must certify the duration of the stay and that the activity carried out is related to the doctoral thesis .
