"Being from a different country, especially one as far away as the Philippines, always involves a long process of adapting to live in a new place. For anyone, this transition can be a daunting process, especially when you don’t even speak the language of the country you are moving to. That is why I was so grateful for the IFP program; not only did it give me enough time to adapt and figure out what I wanted, but it also allowed me to understand the language a bit—at least the basics—and gave me a great foundation to keep perfecting my Spanish”.

"The International Foundation Program was much more than academic preparation. It was an experience that challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, adapt to an international environment, and grow both personally and academically. Living alongside people from different cultures, learning to communicate in another language, and facing new challenges completely transformed my worldview. Today, I can say that I am not only better prepared for university, but I am also a more confident, open-minded, and self-aware version of myself. Thank you so much, International Foundation Program".

"The International Foundation Program was a life-changing experience that helped me grow both as a student and a person. Thanks to teachers who were always willing to help, I gained the confidence to use Spanish in my daily classes and around the city. Living and studying with friends from all over the world taught me how to be more empathetic and open-minded toward different cultures. These new experiences challenged me to work harder, making me a much more disciplined student than I was before. The program offers a great balance of academic support and fun activities that help you truly feel like part of the community. I loved how the IFP gave me the tools to handle real-life situations while building lasting friendships. It wasn't just about learning a language; it was about gaining the skills to succeed in a brand-new environment".
