The specialization program in research Translational provides the student with an advanced and up-to-datetraining to deal with basic and translational research in biomedicine, with special attention to the research currently being carried out in the context of cardiovascular, hepatic and infectious diseases.
On the instructions of the knowledge of the physiopathological aspects underlying these pathologies, the student receives a complete methodologicaltraining , which provides the student with the basic skills for the work on the laboratory, and which comprises:

Mastery ofmolecular biology techniquesused in biomedical research;

The different omics and their clinical application;

The knowledge of the main experimental models used in biomedical research , and the introduction to the use of cell therapy and tissue engineering protocols, and the development of other new generation systems aimed at facilitating the delivery of therapeutic proteins.
