Precision personalised medicine for the treatment of multiple myeloma using Deep Learning techniques

The biomedical research has begun to use the enormous amount of patient data generated with new massive sequencing technologies (NGS), together with molecular and clinical data , to perform programs of study in the field of big data. In particular, the use of machine learning and deeplearning algorithms is making it possible to implement precision medicine to predict the progression of a disease or to recommend the best treatment for a patient. In this project we propose to use data of RNA-Seq, DNA-Seq and data to design a new stratification system for multiple myeloma patients based on employment of autoencoders.
