Objectives

In this module, mainly practical, as in the previous one, the aim is to go deeper into the statistical analysis with tests of association between the variables analysed and the clinical result , and explanation of the meaning of multivariate methods. This course will focus especially on the statistical programme Stata.

1) Introduction. Confounding and effect modification.
2) Stratified analysis.
3) Factorial ANOVA, ANCOVA.
4) Multiple regression.
5) Logistic regression.
6) Cox regression and survival analysis.
