In the instances resolved by the Dean or Director of the Centre, it is possible to raise their reconsideration to the Office of the Executive Council of the University, by means of a letter to be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, in which all the circumstances of the case must be explained.

In the instances that have been resolved by the University's Office of the Executive Council , it is also possible to ask for reconsideration, by writing to Office of the Registrar. As this is a matter that has already been considered, the new circumstances of the case, which were not present in the previous status , or those that appear not to have been sufficiently assessed, must be provided.
