Most of the time, the issue can be resolved by checking these three points:

  • card limit: Check your bank's app to see if you need to increase your daily spending limit for this payment

If payment is made by bank transfer

  • Please remember that in order for our system to automatically identify your payment, it is important that you include the specified reference in the transfer: TRM / National Identity Card Passport / First and last names
