Coordination of business activities (CAEs)
From agreement to the applicable rules and regulations , when an external business comes to the facilities of the centers of the University of Navarra to provide services, the agreement of Coordination of Business Activities must be formed, as established in RD 171/2004, of January 30, which develops the article 24 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, of Health & Safety Office, in subject of Coordination of Business Activities.

Visits and stays
The Mancomunado Service of Health & Safety Office has prepared a series of documents to be filled in by those people who come to the centres that are members of our service to carry out a visit or stay at visit .
These documents must be completed and submitted before the visit or stay:
To all those who come from visit from other centres or facilities, the manager area, should submit the explanatory leaflet on how to act in case of emergencies.
