It is taught in person at campus in Pamplona and stands out for its inter-faculty collaboration, with the participation of theologians, psychologists, psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
The training Permanent Program in Spiritual Accompaniment and Conflict Resolution provides participants with the basic tools to correctly approach and help people who present problems in their lives staff, family, social and work life.
During the course, the most frequent causes of conflicts between people, and between people and institutions, are also discussed.
The goal of this program is to work on the skills of accompaniment and conflict resolution, globally and in each of the subjects studied.
In 'Freedom, vocation and life', the aim is to show participants the centrality of freedom in the choice staff and in the life of the person.
Structure and dynamism of the person: the Christian subject' has as goal to deepen the understanding of the individual in his intimate relationship with God. This intimacy is the necessary foundation for exploring the meaning of the virtuous life - in its human and supernatural dimensions - as a correspondence to the love of God.
The subject 'Psychological Processes and Spiritual Accompaniment' will deal with the influence of psychological factors, personality, and possible disorders and external circumstances on the moral and spiritual life of the person.
In 'Psychiatric disorders and spiritual life' we will delve into detection, classification, influence and treatments.
And finally, in the subject 'Stress Regulation and Conflict Resolution' will deepen on the approach and resolution of personal, family and community conflicts.
Who is this program aimed at?
The training in Psychology and Spiritual Life is aimed at people involved in the human and Christian training , in spiritual accompaniment and in the governance of educational or ecclesial institutions. It will also be of interest to educators, psychologists, health professionals and other humanistic areas who wish to better understand the interrelationships between the organic, psychological, moral and spiritual dimensions of the person.
Graduates
Mainly in Theology, Psychology, Medicine or other related disciplines, which are to be incorporated into professional life.
People with government tasks
Persons who, without training university, dedicate themselves to government tasks in Structures teaching or Church institutions, to the human and Christian training , and to spiritual accompaniment.
