Intended for: university- faculty s
A program designed to help students develop their own pedagogical judgment, going beyond the mere imitation of techniques or methodologies.
Intended for university-level “ faculty ,” this course offers a conceptual and reflective “ framework ” for analyzing, justifying, and reviewing specific decisions made by the “ internship ”professor, understanding methodology as a decision with epistemological, anthropological, and institutional consequences.
A first step toward a broader " pathway "
This course is the first step inthe “My teaching and Learning” pathway , whose goal is to provide faculty with a guide of the main fundamentals of teaching and learning processes.
Our Commitment: Pedagogical Approach, Not Methodological Formulas
This course is not intended to teach isolated techniques or formats, but rather to provide you with solid conceptual frameworks for accurately interpreting your own internship professor and reviewing it with discernment. By the end of the course, you will have:
Reasoned Reflection
You will identify the implicit assumptions about learning and the “ teaching ” that influence your teaching decisions, comparing them with scientific evidence on how college students learn.
Conceptual Precision
You will clearly distinguish between methodology, method, " educational activity ," and teaching technique in order to analyze your own decisions at different levels of pedagogical specificity.
Self-Analysis internship
You will analyze real-life situations from your teaching using theoretical frameworks that allow you to go beyond mere description and identify explanatory causes.
Consistency and Real Improvement
You will evaluate the internal consistency of your proposal professor and rework at least one specific aspect of your internship, considering how to verify whether the improvement has had a real effect.
