METHODOLOGY
Service-Learning
The ApS is conceived as a pedagogical method that tries to respect an authentically operative connection between theory and internship, giving the student body the possibility to learn while providing a social service.
Cooperative and Collaborative Learning
Cooperative and Collaborative learning are based on the work teamwork of students. The differences between these two types should be taken into account, since there are many authors who erroneously use the words "cooperative" and "collaborative" as synonyms.
Project-based learning
Project-based learning is conceived as a methodology of teaching in which students carry out a project in a given time for the resolution of a problem or to address a task integrated in the curriculum.
Case method
The Case Method is based on teaching mode in which students build the knowledge from the analysis and discussion of real experiences that allow the connection between theories and principles.
problem-based learning
PBL is based on students' constructive learning through problem solving, which means that the process begins with the definition of the problem and ends with its solution.
Team-Based Learning (TBL)
Team-Based Learning (TBL) is an active and collaborative methodology that promotes deep learning by using the time of class to solve real problems, encouraging prior preparation and team decision making.
