Who are we?
The Writing Centre team is made up of teachers from area of Spanish Linguistics and language from department of Philology, tutors, collaborators and external advisors.
The teachers are part of committee advisor and support the centre's initiatives by giving specialised workshops and seminars related to some aspect of academic and professional writing.
The Writing Centre tutors are students from different courses and Degrees of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (Philology Hispanic, Philology Hispanic and Journalism, Philosophy, History, Humanities, Literature and Creative Writing). In addition to their communication skills and excellent academic performance, our tutors have taken several subjects related to writing speech and receive continuous training to effectively help other students with writing assignments (peer tutoring).
