The following is the information for the submission of symposium and workshop proposals, as well as oral communications, posters and demonstrations.

In the case of sending proposals for symposia or workshops, as well as free oral communications, posters and demonstrations, it is necessary to register in advance on the platform.

Symposia and workshops will bring together researchers and practitioners with complementary or opposing perspectives on a common topic .
Symposia will focus on a theoretical approach , while workshops will include practical demonstrations.

Abstracts for symposium or workshop proposals must be submitted using the form available the website.
To do so, you must first register on the platform. Once
you have registered on the platform and to fill in process, you must select the group participants to which you belong and fill in purchase process (with the option to choose to pay later to complete this purchase process). 

Each symposium/workshop will have a maximum duration of 60 minutes, including presentations and discussion.
Each symposium/workshop will include three or four oral presentations and will have a coordinator who will give the floor to the participants, summarize the main contributions of each presentation and, most importantly, facilitate a final discussion related to the content of the presentations.

The duration of each presentation within the symposia/workshops will be approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on the issue of associated papers. After submitting the symposium or workshop proposal , all participants will receive an email invitation to register on the website and upload their respective papers.

Notification of acceptance or rejection of the symposium will be sent to the coordinator by e-mail on February 12, 2026.

Oral communications associated with symposia/workshops

Once the coordinators have entered the general information about the symposium/workshop, all participants will receive an e-mail invitation to register on the website and upload their paper.

Independent oral communication

Independent oral presentations are intended to briefly present the results of recent research. Abstracts for oral presentations must be submitted usingthe presentation form available thestaff area , which will be active once the participanthas registered on the website.Onceregistered on the platform and to fill in process, you must select the group participants to which you belong and fill in purchase process (with the option to choose to pay later to finalize this purchase process). 

Independent oral communications will be presented by the first author. The deadline for presentation of independent oral communications is March 16, 2026.
The first author will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection by e-mail by April 13, 2026.

Poster Communications

Abstracts for poster presentations poster be submitted usingthe presentation form available thestaff area , which will be activeonce the participant has registered on the website.Onceregistered on the platform and to fill in process, you must select the group participants to which you belong and fill in purchase process (with the option to choose to pay later to finalize this purchase process). 

The first author of the work will be manager of the presentation and will act as corresponding author. Posters will be exhibited and presented in printed or online format at the II International congress of Psychology, Technological Innovation (IA) and Entrepreneurship. Printed posters should follow the DIN A1 format (841 mm × 594 mm) with vertical orientation.

Each poster will be assigned to one of the two sessions established by the Organizing committee .

The deadline for presentation of subject poster papers is March 16, 2026.
The first author will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection by May 7, 2026.

Demonstration communications

Demonstrations are a communication subject designed for participants and researchers to present a project, development, idea or new scientific evidence related to CIPIE2026 topics. A demonstration involves a physical presentation of the prototype, product or service discussed. This subject of communication follows the same rules, deadlines and limits as subject poster communications.

General rules for the presentation of communications

1. For all types of communications (oral, poster or demonstration), at least one presenting author must be registered in the congress.

All proposals must comply with one of the thematic lines of the congress, available on the website and on the proposal presentation platform.

3. Abstracts must be uploaded through the presentation platformarea staff).

4. Abstracts will undergo a peer review process based on scientific quality, relevance and compliance with congress guidelines.

5. Each registered author may appear as first author in a maximum of three works and in a total of five works in all.

6. The maximum issue of authors per contribution is five.

7. Authors may be invited to review abstracts within their subject area (up to three reviews per author).

8. The official languages of the congress are Spanish and English. Both languages are accepted for abstract submission and presentation .

9. The best papers will be invited to participate in a research topic of the journal Frontiers in Psychology (Q2) related to the congress topic . Final publication will depend on the publishing house and peer review process of the journal.

10. The first author will be able to download an online certificate (PDF) for each paper presented once the congress is over.

The abstracts of the accepted papers, whose authors so wish, will be published in the book of conference proceedings of the congress (PDF format, with ISBN).

The deadline and format for the presentation of full papers will be announced by the technical administrative office of the congress.
Publication in scientific journals will be subject to the criteria of the respective editorial boards.
