The University of Navarra is a nonprofit organization. Tuition revenue is used to fund regular teaching . However, student scholarships, new facilities, and research are funded through donations from individuals and institutions. Their generosity enables us to fulfill our mission statement: to serve truth and society.

The National Institute for Science and Technology ( BIOMA Center ) was founded as a place for meeting and transformation for individuals and institutions that work together to find answers and solutions to the most pressing problems, driven by a love of science and nature. It promotes research multidisciplinary and applied research through the Biodiversity and Environment Institute, and fosters training in young people, entrepreneurship, and a love of science through the Science Museum.
The University launched the new Sustainability and business Cluster, an initiative that aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the university’s research in sustainability and strengthen the partnership with the business sector through training, joint projects, and the transfer of knowledge.

Alumni Scholarships Perpetual Alumni Scholarships Fund Campaign
The University launched a fundraising campaign for Alumni Scholarships Perpetuas. The goal is to significantly increase the issue of students receiving scholarships so that the wish of the University’s founder, St. Josemaría Escrivá, may be fulfilled: that no one be prevented from studying at the University of Navarra due to a lack of financial resources. The project aims to establish 75 perpetual scholarships, representing a total of approximately 15 million euros.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PRIESTS
The Priests’ Scholarships are funded through donations to a fund in which a portion of the returns on the initial investment is reinvested in the fund itself to ensure its sustainability, while another percentage is used to finance scholarships for seminarians and priests, covering both their enrollment and their accommodation, living expenses, and health insurance.

This academic year marked another step forward in fostering a culture of giving, with the creation of UNAV Dreamers, the University of Navarra’s Giving Society .
