Boosting the rural environment
The Government of Navarre, the "la Caixa" Foundation and the University of Navarra promoted the third edition of Revitalizing rural heritagea program that offers internships to students in municipalities at risk of depopulation.

In 2024-2025, the first time that the Blessed Álvaro del Portillo Solidarity Awardsthat recognize the best student- and staff solidarity initiative of the University. The award went to three medical students for their project in Cameroon "No Baka without health", focused on improving health access for the pygmy Baka community through a mobile health strategy in southern Cameroon.
The UNAVxDANA campaign7,880.67 was raised for affected families in the Valencian Communitythanks to the partnership of students and staff. This is reflected in the annual report published by Tantaka.
The University obtained the European Solidarity Corps Quality Labelwhich accredits it as a recognized entity to participate in this European Union funding program aimed at young people who wish to participate in solidarity and volunteer activities in Europe.

The first graduating class of the Global Programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship graduated in 2024-25. In addition, The Investinn Hour, a fund managed by students to support student projects, was launched.

Strategy 2025
challenge ICS 2024/25
In the 2024/25 academic year, the ICS addressed the challenge "Orientalism and Occidentalism: crossed gazes", analyzing how East and West have represented each other, especially after decolonization. From an interdisciplinary approach , the project explored discourses, images and narratives to understand the impact of these narratives on current identity crises and to promote a less polarized view of the other.
Art and science
In 2025, the Museo Universidad de Navarra celebrated its tenth anniversary with freeentrance all year round, thanks to the support of the Pamplona City Council. With the campaign "This is not a Museum", it was consolidated as a center of creation open to various artistic disciplines. The celebrations thanked those who have promoted and continue to support the project.
More than 10,000 appearances in national and international media.
More than 1 million people have visited the museum in this decade, whether for exhibitions, stage shows or educational activities.
The collection has grown from 1,000 to more than 25,000 works of art, ranging from the origins of photography to contemporary installations. It includes painting, sculpture, printmaking, video and photography from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries.
Outstanding collections: bequests from Ortiz Echagüe, Juan Dolcet, Sanz Lobato, Martín Chambi, the María Josefa Huarte Collection and works from the Patricia Phelps de Cisneros Collection.

New campus renaturation plan
The University launched a renaturalization plan that includes the planting of more than 800 native trees, adapted to the environment and respectful of local biodiversity. The project will recreate the original forest of the Pamplona basin, with special attention to the recovery of riverbanks and landscapes.
20 Years promoting Navarrese Art and Heritage
The Chair of Heritage and Art of Navarre celebrated 20 years since its creation in 2005, dedicated to researching and disseminating the cultural heritage of Navarre. During this time, it has produced publications, organized activities and collaborated with experts and local entities, as well as maintaining an active digital platform. Its goal is to continue bringing heritage closer to society, resuming projects and expanding training with new support.
