ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
New Programs
In the 2025–26 academic year, three new master’s programs were launched— Science of data for Experimental Sciences, Sustainable Management and Nutritional Innovation (MINEA), and design and Hospitality Services Management —in addition to the expansion of theMaster's Degree in General Health Psychology in Madrid. Looking ahead to the 2026–27 academic year, the University has launched two dual-degree programs Degrees — Spanish Language and Literaturelanguage and Primary Education Education with Philosophy and Theology —the Degree in Corporate Communication, new diploma programs at the School of Law and in the School of Pharmacy, and the Diploma in Artificial Intelligence, Technology, and Ethics within the School of Philosophy and Letters.

The Core Curriculum Institute concluded the first edition of the Semper Professor Program, training , which continues at faculty with a focus on the mission statement university and the professor mission, in which 34 professors from 14 Schools participated . In addition, it held its 12th workshop on the identity of the university, “Reflecting on the teaching of professional ethics, ” in which professors and experts agreed that ethics is a pillar of holistic training , linked to human flourishing and the common good.
University life
Founder's Week
submission F ounder's Week paid tribute to St. Josemaría, the university's founder, with a week of activities. The main event,“Everyone, Everyone, Everyone: A Conversation on Pluralism and Coexistence,” was held at the Museum and culminated with the presentation of the Álvaro del Portillo Solidarity “ award ” Award ( II Solidario Álvaro del Portillo ) for the best student initiative.
Building Bridges
The University hosted the “congress ” FORUN 2026, a student-led “ congress ” held under the theme “ degree scroll : Building Bridges: The Art of Dialogue.”
Intercultural Week
During the most international week of the academic year, UNAV United Week brought together students from all five continents. More than 400 students from 56 countries participated in the organized intercultural activities .
Innovation with purpose
The university's hackathon brought students together to focus on sustainability. The winner was theBioloop " project ," a circular " Economics " solution designed to transform medical plastic waste into clean energy.
Art in the campus
The MUN hostedthe Spanish premiere of *Algarabía*, a musical theater production that bridges the musical, dance, and poetic traditions of the Arab world and flamenco. Alongside professional artists from Spain and the United Arab Emirates, the University Orchestra and Choir participated in the production , as did students who helped with the staging and costumes.
Vocation professor
239 students attended the Academic Talent “workshop ,” designed to inspire careers in research and teaching. Professors Marta Ferrer (Medicine), Rosa Fernández Urtasun ( Philosophy and Letters), and Raúl Antón (School of Engineering—Tecnun) offered insights into how students can determine whether their future lies in a university “ teaching .”
Sports and Excellence
The Sports Talent Program event brought together 108 students —66 women and 42 men—who balance their college programs of study with competitive sports.
Steps to Healing
campus hosted the "X " (degree program of the Brave), a workshop of sports and solidarity in which 2,400 people participated. The " test " was organized by Niños Contra el Cáncer, the social program of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra raises funds for the “ research ” and access to pediatric cancer treatments.
College Orientation
The Welcome “workshop ” brought together nearly 3,800 people , including new students and their families. The “ president,” María Iraburu, presented the University based on two principles— dynamism and identity—and described the professions as a transformative force in society.
