NEW PROGRAMS
In the 2024/25 academic year, the Degree in Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and the Master's Degree in Sustainability will begin. In addition, a Diploma Expert in Affectivity and Sexuality, a Course focused on Sustainability for counselors and an online course on Spanish Urbandiary will be offered.

DISTINCTION
Smart Health Awareness Smart Health Awarenessprogram, promoted by the School of Engineering - Tecnun at partnership with Merck and IBM, was distinguished as 'Best project in the use of AI at training corporate' within the congress Expoelearning. More than 1,500 healthcare professionals have participated in this initiative since its first edition in 2023.

Core CurriculumThe adventure of teaching to think
The Institute Core Curriculum (ICC), which has the mission statement to promote the humanistic training offered to students and teachers, celebrated its 25th anniversary. In the framework of the celebration, the X workshop on the identity of the academic center took place under the degree scroll 'The humanistic challenge of the University '.

New Mentoring unit
The Vice Rectorate for Students launched a project to promote mentoring at the University. This initiative includes the new Mentoring Unit, which brings together more than 60 years of experience of professors in mentoring.
Objectives of project:

Generate high-impact knowledge on university mentoring.

Develop new resources involving mentors and students.

Disseminate the mentoring program to student body and conduct training programs for mentors.

Help other universities to better advise their students.
Strategy 2025
Orientation and welfare
Emotional dependence and toxic relationships; time organization; addiction to cell phones and substances such as alcohol or tobacco; management of anxiety; or healthy lifestyle habits. These are some of the topics that have been addressed in a series of eight workshops promoted by Compass, the University's Counseling and Wellness Unit. A total of 270 students participated in the sessions, given by professionals, professors and researchers from different centers.

Innova Forum
The 2023/24 academic year hosted the seventh edition of the Innova Forum. Promoted by the Planning and Improvement Service of the teaching, it is a place for meeting among teachers to reflect on the teaching. Last year's theme was "Towards the model learning centers".

SPORTING TALENT
A total of 134 students from campus in Pamplona and San Sebastián participated in the Talento Deportivo program, which allows them to combine the internship sports program at high performing with their university studies. They belong to twelve Schools and practice thirty-one sports disciplines.

CONGRESS FORUN
170 students took part in the congress Forun 2024. Twenty-nine written papers, twelve videos and two artistic performances on the theme of "The Human Factor" were presented at this annual forum of students for students.

BRINGING FASHION CLOSER
The campus in Pamplona hosted the first edition of Fashion Day, an event that brought more than 400 students and teachers closer to the new challenges and opportunities offered by the fashion industry.

COURAGEOUS AGAINST CHILDHOOD CANCER
Nearly 2,000 people participated in the VIII degree program de los Valientes. The funds raised were destined to research for childhood cancer and oncology treatments at the Clinic for children from families without economic resources.

AGREEMENT WITH OSASUNA
The president of Club Atlético Osasuna, Luis Sabalza, and the president of the University, María Iraburu, signed a partnership agreement for the creation of the "Campus Osasuna-University of Navarra". The Campus has as goal to promote, hand in hand with Osasuna, activities and programs of training related to sports.

ORTIZ ECHAGÜE SPACE
Two former students of Master's Degree at programs of study curatorship, Agustina Marani and Andrea Ludeña, led the renovation of the Ortiz Echagüe space at the Museum, which contains a new selection of twenty-eight works of anonymous places and people . In addition, a projection on the artist's life and his photographic procedure was shown at sample .

THE ISSA 60
ISSA School of Applied Management celebrated its 60th anniversary with meetings in San Sebastian, Pamplona and Madrid. The School began its activity in San Sebastian in October 1963 with a first class of twenty students and moved its activity to Pamplona in 2013. Since its inception, more than 3,300 students have been trained in its classrooms.

SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Nearly 400 students participated in the congress international Tell-Us youth sustainability event. "Empowering youth to cement a more prosperous future for our societies and the planet" was the theme of the event, driven by the students of the academic center's Sustainability Club.

CINEMA AND SCIENCE
#LabMeCrazy! Science Film Festival, competition , the international science film festival organized by the Science Museum, celebrated its sixth edition. A total of 1,442 productions from 108 countries participated. The award for best documentary went to "Nuclear Now", an American production that reflects the importance that nuclear energy can play in curbing climate change.

WORKSHOP WELCOME
More than 3,500 people participated in the University's Welcomeworkshop for first-year students and their families. The president, María Iraburu, pointed out that "the University of Navarra is a project that transforms people and society".
