TheHealth and Well-being project continues the work begun in the University of Navarra's Strategy 2025, where the promotion of comprehensive health was one of its strategic lines. Our goal to offer comprehensive support to the entire university community, promoting healthy lifestyles, emotional well-being, andstaff development . Through tools, training support networks, we seek to ensure that studying, working, and growing at the university goes hand in hand with physical, emotional, and social care, thus strengthening a culture of well-being that extends beyond the campus.
Comprehensive care
Take care of the health of students and professionals in a comprehensive manner, with special attention to emotional well-being. Improve care (support, guidance) by gradually expanding the levels of action and intervention within the University.
training self-care
Generate resources, providing students and professionals with tools to take care of their health, promote growth staff optimize their performance, while also facilitating training resources for teachers and mentors.
Support networks
Raise awareness and promote the various groups of professionals working at the University in areas related to the project synergies within the University and creating networks with other universities and entities.

Health and Wellbeing is a project at the University that involves all centers, which are invited to participate and collaborate actively.
