The GAP is an exercise that consists of working three areas of the body in particular: buttocks, abdominals and legs. It is created with the goal to focus all our efforts on eliminating the fat that by nature tends to accumulate in these areas, and to tone up.
GAP stands for glutes, abdomen and legs.
In addition to toning and strengthening the buttocks, abdominals and legs, the GAP provides other benefits such as correcting spinal deviations and improving body posture; improving the resistance and strength of our body.
