Reservations
The University of Navarra offers the entire university community and users with the corresponding sports card a wide variety of facilities that can be used throughout the year.
Cannot be performed from this page no reservation affecting sporting options that take place outside of the campus and/or whose services are provided by other entities: horse riding, golf, ice skating, gymnasium, etc. These reservations will be made as indicated by each entity providing the service.
For a correct order it would be appreciated that if, after the reservation, it is not going to be possible to use finally the installation, it is annulled. Cancellations must be made 4 hours in advance. (to allow other users to have time to reserve the unoccupied facility). Otherwise you will be blocked from reservation facilities and you will only be able to recover it by paying 5 € on this page of "Unlocking of Username".
It is recalled that, unless expressly indicated, sports activity from Monday to Friday ends at 23:00, on Saturdays at 22:00 and on Sundays and holidays at 22:00.. Users are encouraged to be mindful of such ending times so as not to affect facility employees.
The corresponding reservation will be made with the credentials student, employee or teacher, or with those sent by the Sports Service.
For efficient use and out of respect for other users, team sports facilities may only be used with the appropriate number of participants issue .
Timetables
The schedules approved by Sports Service for academic year 2024/2025 are as follows. In case of doubt it is recommended to call in advance by phone.
schedule summer (from July 1 to August 31, 2024)*
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00. Sundays and holidays, from 9:00 to 14:00
*In July the gym is closed.
schedule during the academic year (September 2024 to June 2025)
Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 23.00. Saturdays and Sundays (including holidays) schedule would be from 9.00 to 22.00.

Thursday, November 30, December 1, 2, 5 and 7, from 8 am to 7 pm.
December 3, 4 and 6, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
schedule Christmas
December 23, 2024: from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
December 24 and 25, 2024: closed.
December 26 to December 30, 2024: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
December 30, 2024 to January 1, 2025: closed.
January 2, 3, 4 and 5, 2025: from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
January 6, 2025: closed.
schedule Easter
April 13 to 21, 2025: closed.
April 22 and 23, 2025: from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
From April 24, 2025: schedule normal.
Sports facilities will be closed on the following days:
→ September 15, 2023: Opening academic year.
→ December 24 to 25, 2023.
→ December 30, 2023 to January 1, 2024.
→ January 1, 2024: New Year's Day.
→ January 6, 2024: Epiphany of the Lord (Three Kings).
→ March 28, 29, 30, 31 and April 1, 2024: Easter.
→ June 26, 2024: Saint Josemaría Escrivá (Founder of the University).
The following dates are considered holidays: (Sports facilities open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except on December 4 and 6 when schedule will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

Behavior
In the accesses
Parking inside the facility is prohibited, except for authorized vehicles.
For the sake of order and respect for the employees, please be aware of the closing time of the facilities.
Access with alcoholic beverages and/or glass is not allowed.
To access the facilities you must bring your membership card or certificate of participation in activities.
Respect parking spaces for people with reduced mobility .
Inside the enclosure
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the internship of each sport.
Please cooperate with the cleanliness of the facilities by using the garbage cans.
Smoking is prohibited inside the sports facilities.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult manager.
It is forbidden to eat and drink inside the sports facilities.
Keep track of your belongings. The Sports Service does not make manager of possible thefts.
In the locker room
Be agile in the changing rooms and use the booths to change.
Make use manager of light and water.
Do not leave your belongings in the locker room while playing sports. Use the lockers.
Insurance
The internship sports can cause injuries and accidents. For this reason, Sports Service recommends that all users know their insurance coverage and procedure to apply for the attendance.
In itself, the Sports Service has not taken out any specific insurance for the internship sports.
Below you will find information on the different insurances depending on whether you are a student, teacher or employee, are a member of a specific sport, or are an external Username of the sports facilities.

The University of Navarra offers users of the sports facilities the "Parking of sports center" (in front of the access to the facilities).
Automatic or intercom opening:
Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 09:00 to 22:00 h.
* The rest of the hours the access, until closing, will be with university card.
For safety and security reasons, car park is not allowed inside the facilities, except in specifically marked areas. Please note that there is a yellow line along the entire access.
