Pala is a traditional form of Basque ball modality —very popular in Navarre. It is played on a frontón (a court with a front wall called the frontis, a left-side wall, and a back wall) using a wooden paddle to hit the ball.
It's a very dynamic sport that's accessible and easy to learn right from the start, making it an ideal choice for students.
