One of the main objectives of the Quality and Innovation Service of the University of Navarra is to promote a culture of quality among the members of the university community for the continuous improvement of the university teaching .
The Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) is the delegated body of the board management of the center for the development of the processes in accordance with the requirements of the Internal Quality Assurance System. The CGC is composed at least by: The Associate Dean/ a or Deputy Director/ a designated by the center, the coordinator/ a of quality of the center, a member of the Quality and Innovation Service of the University of Navarra, a representative of the faculty of academic staff of the center, a representative of student body, a representative of the PAS (who will act as secretary) and a representative of employers / as and graduates / as.
The Quality Commission assessment and accreditation (CECA) is the representative body of the centers and Office of the Executive Council.

The quality coordinators of the centers may also visit attend with voice, but without vote in the decisions of the Commission.
Functions:
- Approval and revision of the Quality Policy of the University of Navarra.
- Review of the improvement plans and quality objectives of the centers.
- Approval of the documentation of reference letter of SAIC The ECSC shall meet at least once a year and whenever convened by the Chair.
In order for the agreements reached by this committee to be valid, it is required that at least one Vice President, one manager of the Quality and Innovation Service and half of the rest of the members are present.
The ECSC adopts its resolutions by simple majority and the chairman's vote decides any ties. Each meeting is recorded at certificate by the secretary.
