Education with differential value

Competencies such as effective communication, leadership, conflict resolution, teamwork, resilience, honesty and integrity are key to any organisation that aspires to provide society with greater progress, service and a job well done.

The Core Curriculum is a part of the Study program common to all Degrees of the University of Navarra. Its main goal is to reinforce intellectual training through study and reflection on the great questions of human existence. Through these subjects, students develop intellectual habits of criticism, reflection and argumentation and an awareness of their ethical responsibility. The students of the University of Navarra thus acquire an education with differential value, which is an impulse for them to lead an honest professional culture committed to society.

Competences developed on Core Curriculum:

  • Interdisciplinary approach to understanding reality.

  • Relation of the knowledge of discipline with its intellectual, historical and humanistic presuppositions.

  • Communication and dialogue skills.

  • Ability to analyse and synthesise complex information.

  • Capacity for critical reasoning and argumentation.

  • development of ethical commitment to one's own profession and to the values of a democratic society.

  • To freely develop their own convictions.

  • To foster a sense of solidarity and interest in social problems.
