During the program, which has a minimum duration of 6 months, students will receive training on the skills most in demand by the labor market, while deepening their knowledge through internships in business.
With this program, the collaborating entities have the possibility of meeting, training and incorporating quality young professionals, promoting their development and, consequently, that of society.
The University of Navarra has been training recent graduates for more than 30 years to help them in their employment rate and collaborating with more than 1,800 companies for the training and hiring of young professionals.

development in professional competences
In online modality , this training has been prepared by professionals from the University of Navarra, and focuses on the development of key competencies and skills for today's job market. In addition, the program has a pedagogical advisor who will attend and follow up the students.
internship
Internship in business
Paid internships, which are developed in the collaborating entity, and which aim to help the student to development these skills and competencies.
What is the cost for a business that wants to participate as a collaborating entity?
The cost for a business can range from 1,900 € to 3,000 € for the entire program. In addition, of course, the monthly amount of the scholarship for the student attending the program must be taken into account.
The payment modality will be established in the partnership agreement and in the annex to the same to be signed between the University and the collaborating business .
*Each year the Internship and employment Service will review the price of the Program to bring it in line with the University's pricing policy.
Can the student's internship time be extended?
Of course, the business can extend the student's internship, as long as it does not exceed 12 months. It is important that this procedure is arranged with the University in time to be able to manage all the documentation.
LUIS ÁNGEL DÍAZ
work in multidisciplinary teams
He holds graduate in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Education a Distancia (UNED) and a PhD in clinical, forensic and health psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He has 20 years of experience in his own enquiry and is interested not only in the treatment of stress and anxiety as illnesses, but also in individual and group training in stressful situations to achieve maximum performance without compromising health.
He is also a member of the Compass service, Health and Wellness Unit, of the University of Navarra.
He is the director of the Joint Decision, Blue Hat and Blue Sand wargames, in partnership with the Ministry of Defense. He received the Defense 2019 award in the University teaching category, granted by the Ministry of Defense.
MONICA CODINA
Business ethics
She holds a PhD in Philosophy and is a professor of Communication Ethics at the School of Communication of the University of Navarra. She teaches the subject Ethics and Social Order in the Master's Degree in Organizational Governance and Culture.
Since 2010, he has been a member of the International Association for average and Communication Research(IAMCR).
His research focuses on the study of the ethics of communication and society, both in terms of its philosophical foundation and its internship application.
His publications include: La democratización de la moda en España: Telva 1963-1975, written with Roberta Bueso in 2020 and awarded the V award Ernestina de Champourcín; ¿Quién controla al controlador? Understanding communication in the new global village, interview by Isabel Olloqui, 2014.

Innovation management
Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Navarra, PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Navarra and full-time MBA from IESE Business School. She has held various positions of responsibility within the pharmaceutical industry in both multinational and national companies in the field of operational marketing, business development , strategic marketing and strategic planning.
She is founder and director ofAxis Pharma since 2004, a consultancy service and strategic market analysis business , from which she provides consultancy service and business intelligence services to multinational and national companies, as well as to biotechnology companies, start-ups and research groups in the medical-pharmaceutical field.
In addition to several articles, he has published two books: Change, Improvement and Innovation as Paths to Success in the New Era of knowledge and How to make a Pharma-Biotech Business Case.
JUAN FRANCISCO CARÍAS
Project management
He is a teaching assistant doctor at the ISSA School of Applied Management of the University of Navarra.
He studied Industrial Organization Engineering at the School of Engineering of the same University (Tecnun) (2017) and obtained his doctorate cum laude in Applied Engineering (2021) at the same School.
In the professor field, he has gained extensive experience teaching Degree courses related to process analysis, project management , business administration, information systems and computer science, among others.
