Psychology and innovation, always hand in hand
Psychology and innovation have always gone hand in hand. This is not a new fact.
However, what is new is the need for psychology to position itself in a changing and competitive environment in order to respond to the problems of the 21st century and the knowledge society in which we live.

This new environment and this new reality has led us to ask ourselves different questions in order to respond to social demands: is innovation a necessity in Psychology, what can the value chain research and development+i contribute to the current psychological panorama of Science and the Profession, is entrepreneurship assumed as a problem of psychological science, what does it mean to be competent in innovation today, can it be a way of generating jobs in work for our graduates, can it be a reason for professional update ?
The program consists of three parts: knowledge, skills and experiences in the innovation environment. Based on the need for Education for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the program we present is structured around these issues.
In final, the knowledge, the power and the will of Innovation in the different professional fields of Psychology.

The reflection and contribution of elements for innovation, by academics and professionals, in the definition of the value chain research and development+i, from the psychological perspective, can be a good start to this exciting path.
