The character of the conference University of the Pyrenees has always sought to emphasise its "frontier" aspect with Europe (frontier and communication passage).

For this reason, the traditional JUP in Torreciudad is preceded by the JUP Europe, a few days in which different European scenarios inspire dialogue enriched with seminars, interdisciplinary sessions and Cultural Activities Office.
