speakerÁlvaro Lleó, professor.
Being a university student is not a labelthat you leave when you finish degree program, but a way of being founded on restlessness and continuous learning. The knowledge, skills, theory and internshiplearned during this stage of life define a genuine way of being in the world and of contributing to society. Success at university does not lie so much in having obtained a certain gradeaverage in the academic transcript, but in keeping in mind what has been 'learnt' and in not failing to cultivate this attitude during working life.
During the session, seven keys to remain a university student in the professional world will be presented.

speakerDavid Ramirez, psychologist.
The goalof happiness, of a fulfilled life and a satisfying reality is inherent to the human being. Since the earliest ages of man, happiness has always marked the roadmap of every living being. The fulfilment of basic functions is not enough to fulfil this human longing. There is something else that is intrinsically linked to the human heart and psyche. The pursuit of goals and success must go hand in hand with a realistic conception of human nature.
The great problems of self-concept and self-esteem that we encounter on a daily basis in society seem to be linked to unrealistic concepts of success, sold perhaps by social networks or stereotypes that set such complex and unrealistic goals that nobody manages to achieve, with the consequent response of frustration for men and women in the 21st century.
