INS-DIVULGA is the annual initiative of the Institute of Nutrition and Health (INS) at the University of Navarra aimed at promoting knowledge dissemination projects in nutrition and health. Through this call for proposals, the Institute promotes proposals that transform research educational activities and content accessible to different audiences. It is aimed at researchers and faculty to the field of nutrition and health. Its objectives are :

Food Week: Nutrition and Sports
project at Education and high school diploma students high school diploma addresses the relationship between nutrition and athletic performance from a scientific evidence-based perspective. The initiative combines informative content, practical workshops, and roundtable discussions with professionals and athletes, with the goal fostering critical thinking and offering solid criteria to counter misinformation on social media.

“Eat Well, Live Better”
An educational program educational at the final years of Education that seeks to reinforce nutritional literacy from an early age. It integrates teaching resources and practical activities to transfer learning to the family environment, addressing issues such as building a balanced meal and reading labels, and incorporates tools to assess its impact.

SEuropean Breastfeeding Week 2026
This initiative is being developed within the framework European Breastfeeding Week 2026 and is aimed at the university community, healthcare professionals, and interested citizens. The project training , awareness-raising activities, and spaces for dialogue to strengthen a culture of support for breastfeeding based on scientific evidence.
