At the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the University of Navarra we support the growth of researchers in all phases of their careers, from initial training to professional consolidation.
We align ourselves with the European framework of development researcher (R phases) to offer an environment that favors excellence, partnership and continuous scientific progress.
The research degree program in Spain follows a path marked by different stages of training and professional consolidation, in line with the European framework of the R phases of the research degree program . At our institute, we welcome researchers in all phases of this academic program, aligning ourselves with this scenario of professional development .

Researchers with a PhD or equivalent level of skill and experience who have achieved a sufficient level of independence to develop their own line of research, attract funding or lead a research group .R4

The University of Navarra is an institution that since its origins has always been committed to research, both in scientific and humanistic areas.
The continuous commitment to research and the desire to improve at all levels has recently led the company to join the European initiatives called "European Charter for researcher" and " Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers".
Following the recommendations of the European Commission, in mid-2016 the University created a working group group with professionalsfrom different areas and responsibilities within research. Its work in the first phase consisted of an internal analysis based on the principles established in both the European Charter and the Code of Conduct, drawing up a diagnosis and defining an action plan that will soon be published.
The University of Navarra has decided to join these initiatives by means of a letter of support, convinced that its human capital is its most important asset, and that success depends to a large extent on the professional and personal satisfaction of our researchers, professors and support staff.
