The Degree, licentiate degree or homologated studies in Psychology and you want to dedicate yourself to one of the various professional areas of a General Health Psychologist.

It will be a requirement for admission to the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology:
Hold an official Spanish degree of graduate/graduate in Psychology or another declared equivalent issued by a higher education institution belonging to another member state of the European Higher Education Area.
Graduates from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area may also be admitted without the need to have their degrees recognised, subject to verification by the University that their level of training is equivalent to the Spanish degree in Psychology.
However, such homologation will be necessary to practice the profession of General Health Psychologist. Consequently, these students who wish to practice in Spain are encouraged to begin the process in advance of their arrival as it is a long procedure .

Justify a training of at least 90 ECTS credit of a specifically health-related nature. Those students whose Degree or licentiate degree has been issued in a foreign university must provide a certificate issued by that academic center stating that they have taken at least 90 ECTS credit courses in the health field.
Proof of a B2 level of Spanish in the case of foreign students whose mother tongue is not Spanish language .
ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT
The selection of students is made at agreement on the basis of a weighted evaluation of the following criteria:

Two letters of recommendation and personal interview (20%). These letters will assess the capacity and attitudes of candidate to study the Master's Degree with interest and profit.
The admission application process is open throughout the year (from 2 October until the start of the academic year), although the possibility of being admitted to the master's degree is subject to the existence of vacant places. It is recommended that candidates of non-European nationality apply for admission before January, in order to facilitate the visa application process.
For students with special needs, the University offers a Disability Care Unit (UADP).
Admission process
The candidate must be registered in the portal miUNAV and upload the required documentation:
- One passport-size photograph
- Photocopy of National Identity Card or passport
- certificate official academic transcript of qualifications of the degree of Degree that gives access to the qualifying master's degree (Order Edu/2075/2010). This document must be issued, stamped and signed by the academic authorities of home university. It must be an original document or certified. Copies or documents generated via websites will not be accepted as they lack academic validity.

- Curriculum vitae. Document containing the professional and academic experience of candidate.
- Two letters of recommendation. Document in which a prescriber evaluates the personal and academic qualities of candidate and explains the suitability of profile for the Master's degree.
- Payment of 100€ for the fee of Admissions Office . Via Internet, through the portal miUNAV
**The National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (National Agency for Assessment of Quality and Accreditation) provides foreign students with a service for calculating the equivalence of average grades for university studies.
The candidate will be asked to complete a form and a personal interview will be conducted.
When the application of Admissions Office is complete (application of Admissions Office on line + form + interview), the selection committee of candidates of the Master's Degree University in General Health Psychology will evaluate the profile of candidate taking into account the criteria explained above. The resolution will be sent by e-mail and can be consulted at miUNAV.
If the candidate is admitted, he/she must pre-register for the master's degree (reservation from place) within the established deadline by paying a deposit of 3.000€, which will be deducted from the total price of the enrollment.
