International outreach

The School of Medicine of the University of Navarra has, since its foundation, had an important international dimension. partnership This is reflected in the incorporation of numerous students from all over the world, the close cooperation with universities and international medical associations of reference letter, as well as a global impact research carried out at partnership with centres in many different countries. Furthermore, many of the doctors who graduated from the University of Navarra are currently working in the most important hospitals in Europe and America.

The goal to attract international talent to the #MedUNAV classrooms is achieved, among other means, through the International Program pathway complementary to Degree of Medicine, which has the following objectives: 

• - To offer subjects taught and assessed entirely in English, both at Campus of the University of Navarra in Pamplona and during Summer Courses held at international universities.

• - Clinical rotations in world-class international hospitals such as Mayo Clinic, Columbia University or Boston University, among others.

• - Support in preparing students to take the specialization program in the USA, by taking the International Foundations, a preparatory exam for the USMLE (entrance exam to the residency program in that country).
