Since 1954, the School of Medicine of the University of Navarrahas been preparing professionals with a solid scientific and technical training , with a profound respect for human rights, the dignity of the sick person and their family, and with a deep social concern.
Together with the Clínica Universidad de Navarrathe first centre in Spain to be accredited by the Joint Commission International as a university hospital, and the research center Médica Aplicada, make up the BiomedicalCampus of the University of Navarra.
At #MedUNAV we offer Degree in Medicine, which consists of 360 ECTS credit distributed over six academic years. In each of them, 60 ECTS credit are taught, divided into core, compulsory and elective subjects.

Taking advantage of the elective credit load, the Degree in Medicine at the University of Navarra can be accessed at fill in with a pathway and two own degrees that are taken along the degree program:
The International Program provides students with a global vision of medicine through teaching in English, electives taught by international professors, academic stays through Summer Courses and international rotations.
It is made up of theoretical and practical subjects that are studied in the laboratories of the School de Medicina, the Clínica Universidad de Navarra and the research center Médica Aplicada; all under the direction of a Tutor of research.
It includes theoretical and practical surgical subjects such as Microsurgery, Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition to these subjects there is also a specific training in the Simulation Centre through subjects that focus on surgical and laparoscopic techniques. In higher courses it is recommended to do at least one summer clinical rotation in the surgical services of hospitals with which #MedUNAV has agreements.
