Log in with the same email address you used to register on the Fair's virtual platform (if you have not yet done so, you can register here). Important: in the login screen of the app, before entering your email to access, choose the language "Spanish" (in the upper right corner there is an icon for language selection).

Explore the virtual stands of the companies and their offers from the app and read the QR codes that you find in the stands so that the business has registered that you have visited them. Keep in mind that many people will visit the stands and the companies will review the data provided after the fair.
Bring cash and card to be able to buy coffee and food inside the venue.
Hundreds of people will be attending the fair. It is possible that there will be queues at some stands, so try to be brief and concise so that everyone has the opportunity to talk to the companies.
Before attend the fair, research the participating companies and find out what kind subject talent they are looking for through their websites.
We recommend you not to bring your laptop to the fair and to always be very aware of your belongings. Bring your cell phone with battery and, if possible, an external battery.
Adapt your CV and even prepare different versions according to the companies you are interested in. On the online platform you will be able to see, from 09:00 on March 10, the offers published by the companies. Note that by registering on the online platform, you can upload a single CV and, through the QR reading system enabled in the app, you can also leave your data at the stands of the fair. If you have an external link to your website, you may have to upload your CV again on the business page and, in this case, you will be able to adapt it to the corresponding offer.
How to get there

The employment Fair will be held at the postgraduate program of the University of Navarra in Madrid(Calle del Marquesado de Santa Marta, 3).
Some students from the Pamplona Campus of the University will arrive in buses contracted by the Internship and employment Service.
If you are a student or former student of the University of Navarra and you are going to attend on your own, we recommend you to take public transportation or a cab, since the parking lot will not be available and it is difficult to park in the area.
The employment Fair will be held at the postgraduate program of the University of Navarra, in Madrid.
Address: C. del Marquesado de Sta. Marta, 3, San Blas-Canillejas, 28027 Madrid.
In addition, simultaneously, it will be possible to view and apply for offers on the virtual platform of the Fair.
The companies will attend the stands on March 10 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Some of them will be present during the morning shift, others in the afternoon and some of them in both shifts.
On-site parking will not be available during the event. We recommend that you use public transportation or cab to get there, as the car park area in the surrounding area is limited.
Yes, you can attend, but please fill out this form so that we have proof that you will participate in the event. It will help us for logistical reasons.
If you are unable to attend the Fair in person, remember that you can participate in the online modality from anywhere.
Yes, if you are a student of the University of Navarra, please bring your University ID to access the building. Whether you are a student or a former student, at the reception desk you will have to go through a control table so that we can register your participation.
No. The employment Fair, both in its face-to-face and online modality , is an event exclusively for students and alumni of the University of Navarra.
No, since the companies attending the fair are mainly looking for junior profiles with no professional experience or, at most, 3 to 5 years of experience. If you have more experience, we recommend you to visit the "talent" or "work with us" websites of the companies and use platforms such as LinkedIn, InfoJobs...
Keep in mind that there will be a lot of people, so if you can bring your own food, you will avoid waiting in line. Several food options will be available at the venue; you can eat at the on-site cafeteria (located in the atrium) or at the food trucks set up for the event.

Yes, it is necessary to register in advance on the online platform of the fair to view and apply for employment offers and then you can download and access the app. With the app you will be able to scan the QR code of each business stand and leave them your data (you will not be able to bring your CV on paper due to data protection topic ).

To see the available vacancies and apply for the offers you have to register, before March 10, on the online platform of the Fair (please, if you are a student, register with your University e-mailUsername. If you are a former student and you are still using that email, please register with it as well). All companies participating both in person and online will post their offers on the virtual fair and you will be able to see and apply for them from 09:00 on March 10 until 09:00 on March 11.
Access to the trainings is free until full capacity is fill in . It is recommended to arrive in advance to ensure your place. The trainings are divided by time slot and classroom, enquiry the schedule here to choose the ones you are most interested in.
If you are unable to attend in person, we encourage you to register on the online platform, where you can access employment offers and continue exploring opportunities from home.

If you are a student, bring your University card to gain access to the building. Also, whether you are a student or former student, you will have to go through an access control. People who are not students or alumni of the University of Navarra will not be allowed access to the building or the Fair.
In addition, we recommend that you bring:
- your updated CV in digital format on your cell phone and also uploaded on the online platform of the Fair, as paper CVs will not be accepted at the stands;
- cash and card to buy food or coffee on site (if you don't bring your own food);
- your battery-powered cell phone.
We do not recommend you to bring your laptop. Pay attention at all times to your belongings, keep in mind that there will be many people and it is easy that something can be lost.
Once you have registered your interest in the stands through the online platform, if the companies consider that you are a good candidate for their vacancies, they will contact you (be patient, sometimes it takes longer than expected! Keep in mind that during the fair they receive information from hundreds of candidates).
If you are very interested in doing an internship or working in a business, you can search on LinkedIn for the recruiters who have been attending the in-person and virtual booths and send them a thank you message, emphasizing your interest (write them only once, it is not necessary to be too intense...). If you are going to write them on LinkedIn, you better have your profile updated! On this website you have videos and resources to help you with your LinkedIn.
No. For data protection, companies no longer take paper CVs. That's why we have created an app that, through a QR reading system, will allow you to share your profile data and the CV you have uploaded to the online platform with the companies participating in the on-site fair.
