Purpose Strength Framework
Conceptualizes purpose and the main processes to implement and deploy its effects.
Conceptualizes the dimensions of purpose, identifies the main processes of its implementation and, finally, details the main benefits derived from having a purpose implemented.
The Purpose Strength Framework ® developed by professors from Unav, Harvard and professionals from the DPMC Foundation, conceptualizes the term purpose, with its three dimensions (identity, meaning and mission statement ) and the relationships to define a consistentpurpose (authenticity, coherence and integrity).
It also identifies two basic requirements to initiate the transformation process towards a business with purpose (top management commitment and design of a strategy focused on purpose), it includes the basic processes to implement purpose (knowledge, internalization and contribution) and its levers (deployment of purpose, leadership focused on purpose, management and communication systems) and, finally, it details the three main benefits of the implementation of purpose (individual commitment, collective unity and organizational performance).
