Purpose Strength Maturity Model
Details actions to implement the corporate purpose and achieve higher levels of maturity in its deployment.
Having identified the 4 levers core topic with which to implement the corporate purpose (strategy, leadership, management and communication systems), we have defined specific actions to deploy these levers and increase the level of maturity of the implementation of purpose. This model is the result of a doctoral thesis in which we worked together with professionals belonging to the DPMC business community who had been activating the corporate purpose in their companies for at least three years. It was then validated with a panel of academics, managers and consultants who are experts in corporate purpose and its activation.
