The Sports Service of the University of Navarra has reached an agreement with the Disc Golf association Baxi Basajauna for the creation of a 9-hole course in the university sports facilities.

Disc Golf is a sport played like golf, but instead of using a ball and clubs, players throw a flying disc or frisbee, and instead of in holes, they have to place the disc in baskets with chains.

This sport is usually played on acourse of 9 or 18 holes (baskets). Players complete a hole by throwing a disc from a starting area into a basket, throwing again from where the previous throw landed, until it reaches the basket. The baskets are formed by hanging chains above the basket, designed to catch incoming discs, which then fall into the basket.
